Defining your dreams

What do you need in a new home? What do you want? What would be nice to have? We’ll discuss these questions in detail, as well as your budget, timeline, and any other considerations that might affect the process. The better I understand your situation, the faster we’ll find your new home.

Arranging financing

Tell me what you need, and I'll tell you where to get money. I have close relationships with all the best mortgage brokers in the city, and they all have slightly different criteria and approaches to making loans. I’ll help you choose the best one for your specific circumstances.

Curating & touring homes

You do not need to spend hours a day scouring Zillow—that’s my job. I’ll curate a list of top candidates, not only from the MLS but also through my relationships with other agents, who often have off-market opportunities to share. I’ll set up private tours, so we can inspect each property closely and discuss it openly.

Negotiating the purchase

This is where my international business experience and Harvard-trained negotiating skills come into play. There are no rules in this game, and I’ll use every tool at my disposal to safeguard your interests and get to a deal that truly works for you. That’s why it only takes my clients 1.5 offers on average to get into the right home.

Handling inspections

This can be a tricky phase, when unexpected problems can easily tank a deal. I only work with inspectors I trust, and we’ll go over the report together, so you understand exactly what it all means. Together, we’ll decide whether it’s necessary to reopen negotiations.

Closing the deal

At this point, everything is in the hands of the escrow and mortgage companies. However, I’ll still be by your side, ensuring that everything goes smoothly and that you know exactly what to expect and when. If last-minute problems come up, I’ll be the first to know and the first to find the solution
