Meet Your SF Real Estate Guide

I’m Brendon Kearney, and I ended up in San Francisco by accident.

It was 1995, and I was stopping over to visit friends on my way home from Hong Kong to St. Louis. From day one, all I could think was, There’s nowhere I’d rather be than here. Luckily, I didn’t have anywhere else to be—I had just left my international business job, and there was nothing waiting for me back home.
So, I stayed.
All these years later, I know this city inside and out. Its culture and geography are full of complexities—and so is its real estate market. I’ll guide you through the maze and make the home-selling process feel seamless.

With me, you’ll…

Know exactly what to expect

Your situation is unique. That’s why I invest time in getting to know you and understanding your needs. Together, we build a personalized plan, so you know exactly what will happen and when.

Reach the best net outcome

Not just the best price, but your ideal combination of price, terms, timeline, investment, and other factors you might not have considered yet. I protect your interests by educating you on every facet of the deal, so you can make informed choices.

Skip the rookie mistakes

San Francisco isn’t your average market, and approaching it the right way can save vast amounts of time, money, and stress. I’ve honed my process through even the roughest economic conditions, so you’ll get the best deal no matter what the market is doing.

Access insider opportunities

After 20+ years selling homes here, my knowledge of the city runs deep. Through close relationships with other agents, I keep a finger on the pulse of each neighborhood, so you’ll be the first to hear about every opportunity.

Get every job done right

Buying or selling a house takes more than just an agent. You’ll need inspectors, craftspeople, lawyers, title brokers, and more. I’ve curated a black book of people you can trust to do the work right the first time.

“Brendon is an AMAZING agent.

Can't recommend him enough. Knows the neighborhoods, the people and the market. He took care of everything for us every time. When we bought, he was always available to answer our crazy questions. Negotiated our various offers and snagged our first choice for us. When we sold, all we had to do was move out. He took care of staging, getting off-market offers, open houses, fielding multiple offers and closed the whole thing in under 30 days! We would never use anyone else in San Francisco.”

Community Connections

Food and shelter are the foundations of life, and that’s where my heart lies. That’s why I work with Project Open Hand, which provides “meals with love” to the sick and elderly, and Habitat for Humanity, which builds homes for families in need. In volunteering on the ground with these organizations, I’ve met amazing people across San Francisco and built deep ties with the community I love so much.
