January brings new optimism every year to the world of real estate. This is particularly pronounced when the economy is strong and economists across the land are predicting increases in both prices and home sales. Based on January sales data – we are looking forward to another good year in San Francisco real estate.

 

The Median Sales Price was up 19.0% to $1,160,000 for single family homes and 17.8% to $1,060,000 for Condo/TIC/Coop properties.
