Another good month of news for San Francisco homeowners – more bad news for home buyers:

 

The Median Sales Price was up 20.6% to $1,326,500 for single family homes and 21.7% to $1,101,000 for Condo/TIC/Coop properties. Inventory is still extremely restricted throughout all property types in San Francisco.
